Home Care Assistant – Chippenham

Permanent · Full-time or part-time · £13.80–£15.00 per hour · Chippenham, Calne, Corsham, Melksham, Trowbridge & villages

£13.80 an hour on weekdays, £15.00 at weekends and £16.00 on bank holidays - and we pay your travel time at the full £13.80 plus 55p a mile, so you are paid for every hour you work, not just the time in someone's home. Guaranteed-hours contract on a rota you agree in advance, with a local round and regular clients. What you'll get

The hours

Full-time is typically 30–40 hours over a fixed rota including two or three evenings to 22:00 and alternate weekends. Tell us on the application if you would prefer mornings only, evenings only, or weekends; we build rotas around people, not the other way round.

What you'll do

Visit clients in their own homes to help with personal care, meals, medication prompts and getting out and about. No experience needed, if you are kind, reliable and a good communicator, we will train you and pay you while we do.

You'll need

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
• The right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor visas for this role
• An enhanced DBS check, which we arrange and pay for
