Could you be a care hero?

We are looking for kind caring and motivated people with pleasant and patient personalities to become the latest members in our team of care heroes. You can earn up to £16.00 per hour with Chippenham’s original, family owned and run domiciliary care provider.

Responsibilities

We provide care and support to people of all ages enabling them to stay at home and remain part of their local community. Duties will include personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties, prompting medication, companionship services, and accompanying people on social activities.

What makes you a care hero?

  • Being available full-time
  • Being available part-time
  • Being available on some evening and weekends
  • Holding a UK or EU driving license
  • Having your own transport
  • Having experience of care work
  • Having no experience of care work
  • Be willing to undertake training to fully control your super powers
  • Full enhanced DBS disclosure and other pre-employment checks

What we can do for our heroes

  • Further training (a minimum of QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and opportunities to progress further for the right applicant's)
  • 5.6 weeks pro-rata annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holiday)
  • Paid travel and waiting time.
  • Guaranteed hours contract
