Who we support

Celtic Care Services provide a wide range of domiciliary support services throughout Wiltshire and Swindon.

These services include:

• Assistance with Shopping or accessing the local community
• Domestic Care
• Personal Care
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Support on your return from Hospital
• Medication support
• Sitting service
• Care or Support throughout the night
• Accompanied you to doctors or hospital appointments
• Live-in care

We provide our services to the Elderly, those with Learning and/or
Physical disabilities, people with Mental Health Illness and Children and their Families. All our services are individually tailored to meet the need of the person receiving the service, and we will work closely with family members, carers and other health and social care professionals to ensure these need continue to be met.
