Celtic Care Services is a Wiltshire based home care provider, specialising in providing a wide range of domiciliary care services to individuals who require support to enable them to enjoy living independently in their own home.
We are a family run organisation originally based in Chippenham. We are growing steadily on the basis of our class leading service standards and commitment to each and every one of our customers.
We are registered and licensed to provide care services by the Care Quality Commission (Provider ID 1-101639093). We are also a member of the Homecare Association and abide by their Code of Practice.
Our services are purchased by private individuals, or on behalf of others by family members, friends or advocates and also by local authorities and NHS trusts.
We provide a consistent and reliable service thanks to our professional and committed workforce. All our care workers are subject to stringent pre-employment checks, and all complete an induction program which goes beyond that set out by Skills for Care; prior to being placed in the community.
We are committed to enabling all our team of care workers to develop their skills and to advance within the Care industry.
Everyone who joins us is encouraged to complete a QCF Level Two Diploma in Health and Social Care (previously NVQ Level 2) within their first six months of employment, meaning that over 90% of our team currently hold this qualification or are working towards it.
In addition we encourage all our care workers to advance their knowledge and complete the Level Three Diploma, which has resulted in over 30% of our workforce holding this qualification.
